Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Description

As a Software Engineer at CHSI, you will work as part of a truly innovative and growing team responsible for developing and advancing our platform. You will be a key member of one of our cross-functional engineering teams and contribute to the full stack of CHSI solutions, creating services in C# and NodeJS and User Interfaces in ReactJS.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cloud DBA

Job Description

The cloud DBA position works with the DevOps team to manage performance and resource utilization of the cloud databases while coordinating with the development team to craft new structural changes to support feature changes and deploy those changes without affecting existing deployments.  A tremendously important requirement of this position will be to utilize Microsoft SQL technologies combined with proper database schema and security configurations to comply with security standards while working with the development and customer staff to develop alternative processes to comply with the new security restrictions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years Azure SQL experience
  • 3-5 years MS SQL (2012+) administration experience
  • Experience with database security concepts, including access, auditing, and encryption

Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability and performance of cloud SQL Databases

Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Job Description

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will work as part of a truly innovative and growing team responsible for developing and advancing our platform. Your job will be a blend between individual contributor and technical leadership. You will work closely with both product and engineering to ensure solutions are delivered on time with high quality.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Lead a software team in our Denver office developing new features and supporting existing systems using React, C#, Node.js, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Work with your team to make architectural decisions and provide technical guidance.
  • Partner with the product organization to structure and estimate work.
  • Provide mentorship to your team members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and ensure your team is building the right solution for the problem at hand.

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Description

As an SRE at CHSI, you will work with both internal and external engineering teams to build great software.  You will report to and work with the CTO to improve our DevOps capabilities, measure and improve our applications performance and availability, and work with our engineering teams to reduce delivery time.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Work with our engineering teams to evaluate and improve solution availability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Manage deployments in Azure/Kubernetes to support workloads, services, and web applications.
  • Provision, configure, monitor and maintain compute, storage and networks resources in the cloud.
  • Develop and/or implement tools to monitor/improve the quality of our products.

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and characteristics:  

  • A strong preference for automation and data driven decision making
  • Experience building software embracing cloud native, serverless, and infrastructure as code development practices.
  • Good communication skills and an ability to work across multiple teams
  • Experience working in startup or high growth SaaS business
  • A focus on pragmatic engineering

Qualifications

  • Hands on technical experience implementing and supporting services and/or applications running on public cloud like Azure/AWS
  • Strong understanding of Azure including VNet, AKS, and Serverless capabilities.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline configuration, deployment, and support
  • Experience with Devops automation tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab etc.)

Sales Engineer

Job Description

An ambitious, problem solver, who is passionate about interacting with customers and prospects to deliver the value of CHSI’s software offerings.   You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work closely with both internal teams and customers to understand, design, and demonstrate how to best leverage the CHSI platform and deliver business value.  This includes interacting with customers and prospects to understand their goals, deliver solution-based software demonstrations, and working closely with CHSI sales and implementation teams to understand customer requirements and use cases.  You are competitive in nature, act with urgency, and driven to win for the company and customer. This person should be a self-starter who is willing to take risks to shape the direction of a newly formed Sales Engineering role/team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our sales team to guide prospects and customers through discovery and software demonstrations that are problem/solution focused.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of the solution that will benefit customers
  • Work with client and sales team to solve business problems throughout the sales cycle
  • Work closely with Product Teams to prioritize software enhancement and feature requests.
  • Guide strategic development of software demo click paths and flows.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different business stakeholders-including technical representatives, C-Level Executives, and Systems Administrators.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the CHSI platform and be able to consult with customers in a pre-sales and post-sales environment.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of what the customer will need in terms of on-going service and manage expectations on the customer service and sales side.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a SaaS Sales Engineering role.
  • Experience working with a Sales Team and understanding of solution-based sales methodology

Support Analyst II

Job Description

As a Support Analyst II, you will work as part of a truly innovative and growing team responsible for developing and advancing our platform. You will focus on solving client issues they encounter while use our enterprise software. The role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with our partner services, development and testing teams to solve complex issues.  You will be responsible for working to resolution assigned tickets through enterprise ticket system. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Groom and maintain assigned tickets and work to resolution
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to help in solving tickets
  • Create and maintain bug tickets on the development board
  • Help with testing enterprise software releases
  • Daily/weekly/monthly tasks to perform and log

Data Analyst II

Job Description

As a Data Analyst II, you will help manage our growing customer base and interact with several growing areas of the business including sales, engineering, onboarding, client management, client renewals and expansions. As such, the position is fast-paced and highly visible to our executive leadership and offers extremely high potential for upward mobility. You will work closely with management and other team members to collaboratively solve problems and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated superb communication, organization, and time management skills and be able to effectively manage several diverse and complex problems at the same time.

You will be responsible for handling VIP client work and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role should enjoy working with people and has a well-developed sense of personal responsibility where quality of service and work product is of the utmost importance. This role requires strong verbal, written communication skills and a technical/mathematical mindset.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own overall client relationships with assigned customers which includes ongoing client work requests, training, ensuring retention and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Interpret requirements from customers and configuration of software using SQL and other techniques.
  • Ability to interact with clients as the point of contact.
  • Create or modify Crystal Report files.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Configure the CHSI Connections advanced math formula, complex SQL configurations and automated processes.
  • Run ad-hoc queries per specifications in a project.
  • Collaborate with system users to learn specific output requirements, such as what information needs to be entered in the system and what reports need to be created to retrieve data from the system.

Support Analyst

Job Description

The Support Analyst is comfortable working within complex, multi-tiered database environments.  They are a natural with numbers and have a desire to problem solve.  The Support Analyst takes initiative, recognizes situations and opportunities, and develops solutions that create positive client experiences. This role is expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality, and to uphold the core values of CHSI; Commitment, Honesty, Service, and Innovation. They are responsible for first level support to end users requiring technical assistance using the software. They respond, analyze, and solve client issues daily. The Support Analyst ensures integrity of CHSI’s enterprise software by providing exceptional quality of service to the existing customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Uses advanced troubleshooting skills and tools such as SQL Management Studio and/or Crystal Reports.
  • Resolves problems and advises users regarding problem resolution, provides step-by-step guidance, and directs users to take specific actions to define and resolve such problems.
  • Maintains accurate and timely reporting of user interaction in enterprise-level ticket tracking systems.
  • Actively participates in initiating, creating, and maintaining Knowledge Documents and other technical materials for use by inter and intra-Department staff.
  • Coordinates with other Partner Services staff, Development staff, or Vendors to resolve enterprise application issues.
  • Analyzes and evaluates support requests for recurring problems, makes recommendations, takes corrective action, or seeks assistance from appropriate resources.
  • Participates in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of support.
  • Uses and supports database applications and analytical tools: evaluates data quality, applications, and functions, product output, and maintain operations of CHSI Technologies proprietary software.
  • Promotes CHSI Tech services and communicates with other CHSI specialists for follow-up.
  • Dedicated team player who works cooperatively with service providers and other CHSI associates.
  • Can work extended hours and/or a flexible schedule as required by project demands.
  • Consistent and regular attendance is required.
  • Performs any additional project work and other related duties as assigned by CHSI management.

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience with SQL queries - required
